Hello, I have a prob..

whg1: Hello, I have a problem, I have sent you via support 3 emails, but no reaction. What´s the matter? 05.06.2012 i have bought your program via Avangate - and I have paid via Paypal. The invoice of Avangate shows that all is ok. But I did not get any activation-code or serial-number. If I get no answer I have to call back the paid money - sorry! It would be nice if someone would read the emails, which I have sent to the support. Regards whg1

Techland: I have the exact same problem. Paid 2 days ago, everything ok, nothing happens. No mail in spam folder either. Order number 17929330.

But Your mail-server respond "Bad SMTP Host". Please, tell me second email address. I repeat sending of license key.


LFSoares: Same case here. It has been five days since I bought my copy of Aml Pages Home, and I got no license code or any reply from Aml. I already tried to get help by e-mail, support page, Facebook Messenger and Aml forum. Defitly a anti-spam system is not the problem here. I am an EssentialPIM user for 10 years and I wanted to change for a note taking specific program. Aml Pages seemed to be a good option, but getting no answer at all is not a good experience. The funny is that I bought my copy of Aml Pages when I still had more 38 days of evaluation period. I should have waited. :) Tomorrow I will ask my credit card company to cancel the payment.
