Aml Pages display standard Dialog "Open With" if default association for extension not found 2. See to file linksext.ini. The file define extended features for openinng of any links (include files links). E.g. the settings of file suggest of features for openining web links in other web browsers (IE,Opera,Firefox,Google Chrome) as default.
